Interface Flat
Measure and Mark the Hydraulic Motor Center hole.

Clamp the Interface Flat on a table so as to facilitate torching on the marked end.
Torch the Hydraulic Motor Center hole.
Grind off the slag around the Hydraulic Motor Center hole.
Support Flat to Interface Flat and Small Support Flat
Clamp the Support Flat over the Interface Flat and over the Small Support Flat on the table, with approximately parallel-coincident alignment.

Measure and mark the Interface Flat's Blade Guard and Hydraulic Motor mounting holes and all of the Support Flat's holes.
Pilot drill and drill the Support Flat's Shaft hole and Stopper hole, match drilling into the Small Support Flat.
Pilot drill the Support Flat's Interface holes, match drilling into the Interface Flat.
Drill the Interface Flat's Blade Guard and Hydraulic Motor Mounting holes.
Interface Flat
Clamp the Interface Flat on the table.
Tap the Interface, Blade Guard and Hydraulic Motor Mounting holes
Bridge Flat to Support Frame
Align and clamp the Support Flat, Bridge Bar, and Small Support Flat with the Shaft such that the Shaft axis is perpendicular to the Support Bar and Small Support Bar.
Tack weld and weld the Support Flat to the Bridge Bar and the Small Support Flat to the Bridge Bar.
Operation Handle
Clamp, tack weld, then weld the angled end of the Operation Handle to the Interface Flat's long face such that the Operation Handle extends away from the interface holes.
