Note: In Russia, 70% of the families grow their own food gardens.

People in Russia grow 54% of all food produced by Russia! 46% is grown by commercial agriculture.

Russians spend 18 hours per week to grow food, in America, average American spends 32 hours per week

Research shows that gardens are 4x more productive than commercial variants in Russia, enen though gardens are typically done on marginal lands not suitable for commercial agriculture.

Historically, Russians had no fear of death - they saw themselves as part of all their ancestors and their posterity. That means, you live for ever. This is a different viewpoint than transhumanists hold on longevity.
