Notes
Open Source Ecology Distribute Enterprise 3D printer infographic in JPG format for preview and online use only. Added missing texts, new flyout "scalability" and text in univeral axis flyout "and can be attached or stacked together for more power." and in the main description "... can be assembled in a day..."
Main Points
1. Steel frame is strong and allows for magnetic attachment of components without using bolts.
2. The Universal Axis is used so that the drive system is identical for all the axes.
3. The axes can be attached or stacked together for more power, and can be configured in any way that is required.
4. Frame can be scaled to any size to make larger machines
5. Universal axis 3D printed pieces and rods can be enlarged to make even heavy duty CNC machines.
6. Magnetically attached tool head allows quick interchange of working tools.
7. Heated bed with PEI surface allows for excellent adhesion and removal of 3D printed parts
8 Automatic bed leveling allows turnkey operation where you just upload a 3D printing file and print
10 Fully open source CAD files in FreeCAD allow users to modify the machine to any size and shape, providing a basic 3D Printer Construction Set.
11 Minimal parts count has approximately 3x less unique parts compared to any other 3D printer (need specific count), making the machine correspondingly easier to build.
12 Simplicity and low parts count allows for Extreme Build events lasting a single day.
