  9. Instead of problem, focus on a vision board. Learn to manage your mind - every time a negative thought comes in, zap it
  10. Experience the connections - expose people to brilliant minds. Spend money on sending people to good conferences. Connections between employees and clients.

Join company for 3 months - then you review yourself at 7 values. Values taken from Tony Hsieh of Zappos. Doesn't matter what they are as long they are in alignment.

Experiment with ways to influence culture.

For the employees who are too entrepreneurial - do a joint venture or partnership with them. Such as Mindvalley Russia, Italy etc.
