Iteration of Requirements

Initial requirements may change once further development occurs in the GVCS. The GVCS is a dynamic and evolving package because the GVCS involves the creation of development protocols that increase the capacity of the development process. Once the efficiency of the development protocols increases, with the goal of attaining viral scalability of open development, then the quality and scope of GVCS development will increase. This will be reflected in updated Requirements. Furthermore, once new and emergent Product Ecologies arise, they will also affect the initial requirements. As such, the Requirements of any product can change at any time. The constant remains in the overall ability of the GVCS to create an advanced civilization on the scale of a farm or village with prosperity requiring only a couple of hours of work to maintain a given standard of living. This means that only appropriate, human serving technology is allowed.
