Can someone fix the budget Actual section?-MJ 9/27/11

Interesting stuff, David. What tool did you use to generate the diagram at http://opensourceecology.org/wiki/File:OSE_Shop.png? Mjn 17:25, 20 July 2011 (CEST)

Wow. Nice fly-through David. I loved it. Mjn 05:07, 25 July 2011 (CEST)

Aye, nice work! One thing... I am beginning to wonder if we should not build it at the top of the ridge striking SW/NE. It is my hypothesis that the soil up there may be better than that to the SW, as I think the compressive force tolerance of the clay is way worse than that up on the ridge; core samples will be needed to determine if that is true or not. Hey, I don't see any of the details for the metal roof and insulated walls, so I can't comment on concrete plans, but I'm designing a similar structure and one thing I'm trying to figure out how to avoid is condensation on the underside of the metal roof rotting the joists underneath and the straw in the walls. The straw in the walls could probably be protected by some kind of flashing, but I'm not sure about the joists. Most people use plywood decking and tar paper to separate the underside of a metal roof from the supports, which doesn't work with our constraints. --Zdwiel 21:05, 13 September 2011 (CEST)

Oh of course ... The OSE Shop isn't insulated so the metal roof won't have nearly as much condensation and so won't rot the supports. Will be interesting to see how you guys roof an insulated structure --Zdwiel 18:04, 16 September 2011 (CEST) Bold text
