Does board composition mirror your constituency?

  1. Is a prominent company within a relevant industry represented?
  2. Do you have someone with experience in finance from a prominent company on your board?
  3. Is a prominent media outlet represented on your board?
  4. Do you have a prominent attorney on your board?
  5. Do you have a prominent educator on your board?
  6. Do you have a prominent CPA on your board?
  7. Do you have a prominent Realtor on your board?
  8. Do you have a good community volunteer on your board?
  9. Do you have members of your board who are knowledgeable about the arts?
