Approach to the OSE School

Combine with 1000 Hour Curriculum

  • Survey, comprehensive
  • Linked - limit of one area is all other areas
  • Relationship to other areas
  • How to derive knowledge in an area, and apply knowledge from other areas to one area
  • About 6 101 topics as in OSE Curriculum
  • RLF is implemented for each, consisting of books, appliances, machines, diagnostics, construction Set kits, etc. Software, designers, code snippets, props, other learning aids.
  • 20x learning rate design via RLF - aimed at $100k in 1 year, meaning machine assist of 2x over industry standard via lowering cost of machines.
  • Identify seminal books, current global top grade person, and presenter for OSE school. Presentation for OSE school must be either a top notch synthetic presentation, or edited video based on their work - super high quality standards setting work. Identify mentor for each topic - person who can guide the group, pending sufficient team size of 12 students
  • Breadth is the new norm (no silo) but it is high output in the students still go deep into production in one area to prevent parasitic.societal operation. This prevents extremism and fanaticism of powerless people. For example, environmentalists transition to natural resources stewarding entrepreneurs
  • School career paths - fork OSE Extreme Learning (EL) school to full time work at $100k in 1 yr, fork work (30 hr) to OSE School (16 hr). Thus we start with EL, Apprenticeship, and Work. All start at low pay but rise rapidly, full weeks. Is work sustainable? Is Apprenticeship sustainable? Is EL sustainable? Flex must be included in each to shift to another, or flex time to Beach Bum track, where EL, Apprenticeship, and FT are all 40 hr with EL at 60, and Bum Track is 2 days as you have other responsibility. How does Bum Track gain performance? It can over time if worker has another job.
