Intro

OSE is a global problem solving organization, and solving pressing world issues involves frontiers of technological innovation, social, educational, legal, environmental, personal, political, and many other forms of transformation. We do this by learning what civilization has learned and progressed to date on all these frontiers, and then we push the state of art. Here we make some notes on what legal transformation and tax reform would look like.

Legal, Goernance, Tax, and Financial Transformation

Legal, tax, governance, financial is intertwined. It includes considering international treaties governance systems of various countries, tax systems, The laws of commerce and in general illegal infrastructure of the world.

Taves need to become more equitable, and lower by virtue of efficient provision of government services on some fronts, and displacing others with open sector enterprise. A healthy mix of open sector, private, and government enterprise must coexist. We envision appropriate technology and automation providing a downward cost pressure on the provision of many infrastructures including roads and physical infrastructures. The prerequisite there is that the technology be open and collaborative therefore access to it is available.

Lowering of cost can be accomplished by integrated design and integrated education. Over specialization increases cost significantly where numerous intermediaries participate in only a small fraction of the overall process this can be downright dangerous to democracy if nobody understands how the entire system works. Hands to OSC platform calls for a fundamental shift towards integrated design and integrated humans who can thus have a chance to be responsible for the world around them. The starts with eradicating the specialized information education norm of today and replacing it with a norm of a much more integrated education platform. OSC goes as far as making an honest attempt at regenerating the genius that is inherent to most children.

OSE is designing its programs for financial independence as a means to self determination. The transparency, open collaboration, integration, efficiency, and cost reduction aspects are critical, as without them self-determination is not possible. Legal infrastructures must support this self-determination. This self-determination is not a solo-warrior type, but one which is collaborative - in that it considers the well-being of everyone and of nature.
