As we actualize our ability to build state of art housing, we encourage a collaborative study that helps everyone gain insight and move forward. Social media posting, picture-taking, logging, vlogging, aerial photos, etc - data collection - are part of the daily process. We can track these easily via the wiki, social media, picture albums, logs, etc - for every important metric corresponding to OSPD and the Development Template - we can improve the quality of our work by feedback. Some leaderboard items that can be tracked are all of the above, and a nice dashboard should be created.

One type of leaderboard could be implemented for daily ongoing activity, and another for more general Integrated Human metrics, meaning broad tracking of the qualities included at Candidate Assessment. That means a dashboard of broad and diverse qualities - including new ones as we learn the game. This makes progress, advancement, and pay scale transparent. For example, the onus of advancement is simply the aspirant's documentation. Such documentation - generated as part of an ongoing continuous and lifelong learning process - is simply the prerequisite for advancement. Management can then take the existing documentation - and either at the urging of a candidate - or out of initiative - can suggest promotion. This turns collaborative learning into a win-win situation. This process should encourage everyone to role model progress, and help others increase their progress - based on an assumption of growing the pie for everyone in an abundance mindset. This can become a new pattern for Life-Work Integration
