• Run 1 parallel OSE Chapter for Design Sprints
• Achieve 2 prototypes per month with full quality control and documentation
• Set up production

Q4 - Oct-Dec

• Run 2 parallel Chapters for Design Sprints
• Achieve 3 prototypes per month
• Achieve a One Day design sprint
• Replicate production facility - $100k/year net milestone

Q5 - Jan-Mar

• Run 3 parallel Chapters for Design Sprints
• Achieve 4 prototypes per month
• Replicate to second production facility

Q6 - Apr-Jun

• Run 4 parallel Chapters
• Achieve 5 prototypes per mont
• Replicate to third production facility

Increase by 1 production facility every 3 months and a single chapter per month by mid 2014.
