• New construction - no fridge or clothes washer because people are typically particular about what they want [3]. Our case is special, in that a condensing superwasher is part of our efficiency brand. But we can leave out the fridge, suggesting that people install a superinsulated superfridge (horizontal).

• Could potentially have various "Packages" (Akin to Cars, but without the ripoff prices / lack of modularity )
  • Ductwork / Plumbing / Wiring only
    • Have the Wiring for an Electric Range / Wiring for a Laundry Room / the Dryer Ducting and HVAC Ductwork done, and they can either have the OBI Jobsite Crew install their choices ( Bring Your Own Appliances ), or install whatever they want later themselves/hire someone else to do so
  • Water Heater and HVAC Package
    • Same things as the above plus a Heat Pump Hot Water Tank and/or Instant Hot Water Heater and a Standard Home HVAC
  • D e l u x Water Heater and HVAC Package
    • Same as the DPW Only Package, plus a Heat Transfer Fluid-Water Heat Exchanger Based Hot Water Tank and/or Instant Hot Water Heater + Home HVAC with ERV and a Humidity Control System
    • Could also try and incorporate an Open Source Adsorption Refrigeration system, or Open Source Desiccant AC System
  • FLOS Package
    • All appliances/designs are FLOS (probably by OSE-) designs
    • Probably a high overlap with the below package
  • Sustainability / Off Grid Package
    • Ultra-Efficient Refrigerator + Open Source PV System + Open Source Induction Cooktop + Open Source Oven + etc
    • Could also include the Aquaponic Greenhouse / Greenhouse addition, but that may be a thing on it's own
