1. When we have the sheet metal perforated, for 11ga steel, a cut of about 1-1/2in and solid steel for about 1/2in works well for bending.

2. Put it on the edge of a table and hammer it over.

3. Then we should probably go back and weld over the perforations, for stiffness.
