Offer Letter to ___________ for a Dedicated Project Visit

Dear ___________,

Thank you for your interest in Open Source Ecology. We are pleased to make you an offer for a Dedicated Project Visit from from _________(date) that will focus on ______________________(topic). Open Source Ecology agrees to _______________ (OSE assistance in travel arrangements) . In addition, OSE agrees to provide Basic Food Items. Special considerations include______________________ (list any special arrangements and requests from the DPV that OSE is willing to honor).

The scope of the Dedicated Project Visit will focus on _______________________ (focus of DPV). This includes, but is not limited to: __________________ (potentially 3D design/modeling, review of design, engineering analysis, materials inventory, creation of work instructions, product fabrication, testing, and documentation. In addition, during this time, OSE is planning basic infrastructure improvements.
