OSE Linux progress: Set up a bootable drive on a Samsung External SSD. Had success setting it up and booting from it. But I couldn't use keyboard or trackpad on a Macbook Pro 2019 with it. This seems to be a known issue with newer Macbooks (late 2016 onwards) and Ubuntu (which Mint is based on). See stackexchange on it.

9. Set up software environment - OSE Linux. (Work in Progress) I'm on a mac, the drive didn't work out of the box, I wiped and re-created it from the downloadable ISO on the wiki but no luck so far.

  2. Learned what an extruder was.

6. Went through the manual initially (found upgraded version) on the d3d page.

  1. Made my own of each module.

7. Clean off extra plastic from frame parts. [50 mins]

8. Painted all frame parts (before assembly) - 8 corners, 12 steel angle, heatbed.
