Emotional Intelligence 2.0

Review

The first suggestion back which I really like is to buy the book Emotional Intelligence 2.0 which is a great book on EI and there is an assessment that comes free with the book. I think this would be excellent because you can take the assessment and then learn about your strengths and weaknesses and how to lead with them from the book and have it as an always reference.

Diane Brennan, who is the past president of the International Coaching Federation recommended it.

I just received the second recommendation for it out of 3 responses (the second is for an assessment that doesn't quite apply to Marcin's working situation and is expensive). I also have an offer for someone to debrief the assessment in the book with Marcin when he takes it. He knows one of the authors personally and is having dinner with him tonight. I would definitely take him up on his offer Marcin. I am going to purchase the book today.
