Marcin,

We can list these on our jobs page, although I don't know if we will reach the kinds of people you need. What we would need are detailed info about the positions, a description of Open Source Ecology, requirements (education and other), deadline to apply and instructions to apply. You should probably mention the pay situation.

If you're interested in doing that, please send the info to Michele Melendez, whom I'm copying.

to Jim, Aaron, Marcin Hi all,

There are a couple of groups in Kansas City -- one in KC, KS and the other in KC, MO -- that might be good resources:

Coming of Age Kansas City Director: Sandra Aust saust@sccentral.org Website: http://comingofage.org/kansascity/

Next Chapter Kansas City, Shepherd's Center of Kansas City Director: Karen Hostetler karenh@shepherdscenterkck.org Website: http://www.nextchapterkc.org/ (This Next Chapter program also operates online course in conjunction with the Kansas City Kansas Community College)

I'm not sure what type of assistance they might be able to help find the type of encore talent you're seeking for Open Source Technology, but it's definitely worth making the connection. Both provide transition services for individuals looking for their next chapter and seeking encore opportunities.
