Basics
- Country off the Coast of Venezuela
- Roughly in between "Trinidad and Tobago" and "St Vincent and the Grenadines"
- Economy is mainly agriculture, tourism, and medical education
- According to wikipedia it is the 79th poorest country out of 187 in the 2018 IMF Report (See This Wikipedia Page )
- Not the worst off in the world, but could definetly use help in parts
- It's large agricultural sector, it's airport, and it's close proximity to the USA make it a great cantidate for a Civilization Construction Program
Needs
- Reliable, Self Sufficient, Fresh Potable Water
- Sanitation Networks
- Electricity
- Communications Networks
- Argricultural Equipment
- Construction + Manufacturing Equipment
- Overall Self Sufficiency (IE Far Less Imports)
Civilization Construction Program
Phase One
- PR Campaign for Public Awareness/Support, and a Kickstarter (or other crowdsourcing) Campaign for funds + additional awareness (Also Co-Operation with goverment may help further via funds, advice, and support)
- Add a replication of the basic premise of the OSE Campus
- Help Build Local Businesses + Farmers with advice and training/education, much like an extensions office
- Build Machines + Housing/Buildings + Basic Infastructure for Public
- Transition to building machines for businesses to keep project self sufficient
