Mailing List Protocol

We need a listserv protocol. Some things to cover:

1. How many lists do we keep and how do use them? 2. How do we update lists? For example, are we manually adding names from Design Sprint spreadsheet into our master Email List? 3. What are the guidelines for using each list? 4. How do we allow people to opt out? 5. Where are the passwords and logins? Who has access? 6. What is our backup plan? 7. Description of official messaging, tone, and etiquette
