Minimum Viable Product

  • Connects to standard glassware fittings\
  • Antibiootic solution DOES NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH the pump (Peristalic is most likely choice then)
  • Timing and dosing can be varied
  • Can be controlled in a similar manner to print farms for use in large labs

Basic Design

Arduino Contoller

  • An arduino, possibly with a better clock module
  • May need a shield for the pump motor

Electronics Case

  • 3D Printed case that keeps the electronics tidy, and keeps them seperate from any liquid leaks

Power Supply

  • USB In for arduino and/or a wall wort style dc plug

Pump

  • Either a cheap online one, or a diy one with purchased tube and printed/machined mechanism

Motor

  • Depends on the precison needed for dosing
  • Servo or simple DC should be fine

Motor-Pump Assembly Case

  • Keeps this assembly tidy, plus contains any leaks

Misc Tubing + Fittings

  • Mix of Glass, and suitible plastic tubing depending on need

Main Case

  • Holds everything together, and holds the in and out fittings as well as the power in fittings
