Planning and Review Instructions

• Each person is required to spend 5 minutes every day reporting tasks:

1. One minute vlog video of progress
2. One minute to write down main milestone(s) reached in that day at Gantt Chart
3. Ongoing status log entries at Flashy_XM for smaller tasks completed, and links to main milestones completed

• Each person is required to do weekly planning by filling out their Calendar. See Calendar Embedding Instructions.

1. Do one week at a time
2. Plan for the longer term so that Calendar is consistent with 6 Month Work Plan
