  • Vancouver- 1:15 hour to Prince George - short. So looks like MCI - Vancouver - Prince George.
  • Sexy publicity on OBI building - big build - senegal with gummit support - in one 3 month period. Not first world but better than you got. Point: the more you are involved with the city, the more roadblocks there are.
  • Let's say you have a 1000 sf house. 400 sf on second level. Rural canada - would sell like hotcakes.
