So there's two distinct plugins here.
The first one that only links to our social media sites is "Social Media Follow Buttons Bar". Here is a link to the plugin and a link to an example on my site:
The one that adds a "share" button that allows reposting of the page on which its posted to user's personal social media profile is "Shariff Wrapper". I'll look into adding these two plugins to the website next week. I think the social media links can go in the footer of the website near the CC-BY-SA logo. And the "share" links can be automatically added to either the top or the bottom of each post (hopefully each workshop page as well..)
