  1. Project Manager inputs the Product Development Schedule into Program Manager
    1. Input planned effort, planned duration, and resource load
  2. Notify ED to review and approve
  3. ED approves Product Development Schedule
  4. Project Manager updates Product Development Board with Work Product and Status
