I'm not sure exactly what's included in "enterprises". We definitely need farmers/market gardeners, herbalists, reliable friendly child care, a good midwife or three, a bonesetter/stitcher upper...

Someone who understands the aquaponics to help with setup, maintenance, and repair, A good forager or three, someone who can run the software and build, repair, and maintain our Global Village Construction Set, probably a dozen or so in a village of 150.

Defintely need someone who understands plumbing and septic management, water sourcing, and land reclamation.

We need organized physical activity, regular community meals (not daily necessarily- just regular), so cooks and servers and cleaners uppers, as well as community space and its builders and maintainers.

That's what I've got off the top of my head. Exciting times!

I would add a General Store Manager. Any community has to have a way to market its products & services to nearby communities, as well as maintain good relations & open communications, and those needs are best met with a modern day version of the classic General Store. Locating this store in a high traffic area is critical to its success, and a very sociable general store manager will guarantee that the nearby communities will stop by to catch up on the local news, new products & services, and various community events scheduled to occur at the store. Local produce, as well as imported staples, will make the general store a must visit place for everyone.
