Itroduction

This is a list of different approaches, sources, and venues for recruiting collaborators. This includes the criteria for vetting the potential collaborators.

Project Teams

These are Working Teams on specific projects. These consist of a facilitator, tech lead, and project manager - with clear roles taken on by each. These 3 people are the minimum requirement for an effective team which then starts to recruit and retain members

  • Gayle - community building advisor - to develop methodology for Identifying, Recruiting, and Inviting Leading Practitioners for Technical and Organizational Development
  • Team culturing - bringing on lifestyle investors and selecting for alignment with the vision. Gaps - not on board on the XM. Not financially secure. Not entrepreneurial. Not lifestyle aligned. Remote - not team players. Structured - not allowing chaotic process to occur.

Tech team culturing survey - bringing on technical developers

  • OSE Chapters - culturing Working Team participation, or general development of one project. Methodology is to follow fully developed Development Template. Prerequisite: (1) Full Template. (2) Requirements for design. (3) Clear feedback mechanism for improving Protocols - via Validation section under Protocol, and Feedback form that feeds protocol improvements into all the projects being worked on. Goals: vetting development procedures to see if they are usable, and continuous improvement of procedures.
  • Advisory team - individuals who can commit to 2 hours per month of technical advising with Core Team. Featured on Team Page.
  • Board - Governing body. Position open. seeking someone with legal background to join board and Stewart the production of legal agreements.
  • Working Teams - vetting candidates with a basic form for cultural expectations, then, direct meritocracy method. Make the Team Culturing aspect a clear part of development.
  • On-boarding - getting any technical developer sufficient insight to take on one of 100 tasks. Should be based on completed *Position Statements - required to clarify our direction. As OSE, Factor e Farm, future Campuses. Baseline - providing specific tools. We are committed to Disruptive Development. Opensourcing critical areas of Infrastructure. For example - with agriculture - position Statement. Appropiate Technology. Education. Economics position statement - from which one paragraph follows on our politics of Peak Performance - model of personal and political transformation via empowerment. Always addresses known existing perspectives and builds upon best practice. Makes conclusions for the best route forward.
