Industrial Engineer who after finishing university and being very disappointed by aspects of a savage private sector, worked for humanitarian aid in the 2004 Tsunami relief effort in Indonesia (based in the Aceh region) with an NGO and later the UN. There I constructed some ports, housing projects and coordinated logistics. Later on tried to make a change in my home city by putting up a business and working for 12 years as a cookie maker / manufacturer. Reckoning that again I wasn't fullfilling my need to help others, although I did my fare share with my business, I've decided to switch lifestyles and be more in tune with what moves me, but specially not being part of something that only helps the few. A change for a more hands on approach and community membership.
Update 201909: already splitted from the business. In the process of finishing some paperwork and moving countries to Mexico. Next step will be to complete the OSE Developer Test. ETA 201912

Power enthusiast of the open source movement I use inkscape, freecad, sketchup, server-client set up of open source software, ERP implementator and very knowledgeable on entrepreneurial skills amongst other things. I also repair and create things by welding or carpentry and very fond of upcycling and the connection between plants and making them feel more comfortable inside the house.

My wish now is to connect with a community of makers-doers and become one myself 24/7 and start growing some food too.
