Through my previous professional and military experience I have developed a vast knowledge that I can continue to utilize and expand upon. During my 1 year Afghanistan deployment I functioned as Video Tele-Conference Operator/Audio & Video Tech/Engineer. I oversaw equipment quality assurance and quality control. I serviced equipment according to company life cycle programs. I also employed trouble shooting expertise at computer help desk. I held a trusted position as the Battalion Commander's personal assistant with a SECRET clearance, where I utilized AV and I.T./Computer skills for commander's meetings, creating reports to communicate precisely and clearly what the other leadership wanted in terms of output for the unit.

I am proficient in software programs including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Dreamweaver. I am certified in A+, Network+, and Security+. I also have additional networking abilities which include WAN, LAN, FTP, Telnet, and Firewalls. My hardware knowledge includes Tandberg/Polycom video conferencing systems, standard video/audio engineer systems, and PCs and Macs. I am an organized, detailed oriented and driven professional. I have a passion for providing quality work that goes above and beyond what is expected of me. I have the ability to solve problems resourcefully without compromising my work. I am a quick study, and I am receptive to to both learning and implementing new skills. I am proud of my strong interpersonal relationship skills and believe I can use my abilities to develop an excellent rapport with all of the team members within your company.
