Many years ago I was impressed by the amazing speed & repeatability of an industrial robot. I am excited about the evolution of tools created by our species. Our mankind already invented sharp stone flakes 2.6 million years ago. Currently, we have the vision of creating robots that sustain and improve themselves continuously. Therefore, our opportunities to enjoy creative tasks and to connect with fellow world citizens keep increasing.

Recently I had the opportunity to work on great projects, such as:

3D Printing Cable Robot -Planning a cable robot, parameterization of eight motors, and use of a kinematic transformation to actually create a real working cable robot, which prints 3D parts -Advantage of such a 3D printer is its scalability which could let it build huge structures in the future

Haptic device Cable Robot -Team started to plan and develop a cable robot for medical applications -Vision is a haptic device that guides other operation robots

Cleanroom Particle Sensor project -Conducting research in cleanest ISO 1 cleanroom in the world considering its size and particle contamination with less than 10 particles of the size 0.1 μm per cubic meter -Evaluating different particle sensors for future condition monitoring/ predictive maintenance

Virtual and real commissioning project -Expanding the virtual commissioning model with an industrial robot arm (TX60) simulated in Process Simulate (Software-in-the-Loop simulation), as well as the physical demonstrator factory with a physical robot arm (TX60 from Stäubli) -Usage of the API of Process Simulate to conduct calculations in MATLAB in real-time

Through various periods spent abroad, I am now able to better listen and understand people from various cultures. In my mind collaboration between different cultures is key to further raise our standards of living and growing into a more sustainable world.

By the way, I like dancing Forró and doing meditation.
