Payroll- Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers. Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
Account: • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. • Documents financial transactions by entering account information. • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Bookeeping-General accounting tasks, such as maintaining financial records, entering daily, weekly and monthly financial transactions, and verifying the accuracy of bookkeeping software. And also perform checks and balances and audits,
