 Working as HR Assistant Manager in a i2k2 Network Pvt Ltd Duration  : January 2014 – April 2016 Major Accomplishments:  Recruitment Process • Receipt of requirement of manpower from various department heads • Prepare Advertisements for the recruitment. • Scrutinize and shortlist the applications received. • Send interview call letters/mails as required. • Conduct and coordinate Interviews through panels. • Preparation of offer letters as required.

 Induction & Joining Formalities: • Plan, organize, and conduct induction, devise the orientation plan for the new candidate. • Complete the joining formalities. Collect the required documents, creation of login id for attendance / introduce and assign mentor department wise • Offer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the support staff. • Verification of documents and employment screening/background verification of new joined employees .

 Payroll- Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.  Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.

 Account: • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. • Documents financial transactions by entering account information. • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.  Bookeeping-General accounting tasks, such as maintaining financial records, entering daily, weekly and monthly financial transactions, and verifying the accuracy of bookkeeping software.
