Wikispeed Negotiations

Here is the info on wikispeed that you need.

http://opensourceecology.org/wiki/OSE-Wikispeed_Hybrid_Overview

Please spend 1 or 2 hours reviewing it. Then please send me a one paragraph brief on how and whom you will approach to negotiate a build of the OSE Wikispeed Hybrid. Please include the technical requirements that we discussed yesterday - in your brief - so I know that you understand them. And, if for some reason this doesn't work, we can outsource the brief to another negotiator.

As we go forward, we want to formalize the negotiation process and facilitate it - I see it fitting in the second green box in the Conceptual Development Process

Talks with Joe Justice about best plan for moving forward. Wikispeed builds most of the car at their facility with OSE help and extensive documentaion.

Costs and modules based on Wikispeed store below.

http://wikispeed.com/Store

OSE would exclude engine, body and interior modules. (possibly add back a scaled down interior for about $1.5K)

So without engine (10K), body (5K) and maybe without interior (5K)... total is $7500.

Materials ordered by Wikispeed, based on costs below. Delivery estimated at 14 days. Then build 5-7 days.

Could work side-by-side with other Wikispeed work and could start in July, based on funds for ordering parts.
