README[edit]
Remember that there are many ways to do things! Save yourself a lot of trouble by learning the true value of your tools, materials, and techniques!
Operational Infrastructure[edit]
Common utilities connected to off-site facilities:
- Electrical Power - 120VAC, 60Hz
- Electrical Information - Internet, Phone
- Wave Information - Satellite Internet and Mobile Phone
- Water Flow
- Septic Flow
- Natural Gas
Common major on-site infrastructure:
- Buildings
- Roads
Key practical stuff to keep in mind:
- Have high-traction, water-draining paths on-site to/from buildings (and other important on-site locations), as well as off-site roads. Otherwise you gonna get stuck in mud.
- Have reliable electrical power, heating, water, septic, and internet service for residential buildings.
- Have a flat concrete floor or similar floor as the ground of the workshop; have large garage doors for the workshop.
